The solution is simple, just buy a Nvme SSD and install 2077 to it.
Then it will be just fine.

Did you encounter this texture issue similar to the one ps4 and xbox one users having? Is PC really the master race?

Then it is time for you to buy a Nvme SSD and move the cyberpunk 2077 to new directory.

First you need to make sure your motherboard has a M2 PCIe 3.0/4.0 x16 slot. If no slot available in your motherboard, you can consider pcie conversion card.

Then you can just buy a Nvme SSD and plug it into your pc.

After installed, you do not need to redownload the game, simply move install directory by right clicking cyberpunk 2077 to move the game to your nvme ssd.

Your 2077 will now truly become a next gen game unlike ps4 and xbox one versions.
