Peace with useless Allies

Tired of far-away allies of your war target preventing you from peacing out, even though they're completely useless?

Fear no more! This mod comes in after a war has lasted for a year, and checks the usefulness of all the defender's allies.
If they're determined not useful - they will send an offer of white peace to the offensive war leader.

They AI will always send and accept this, while a player can decide not to send it, or not to accept it.

"Usefulness" is determined by border distances, also taking into account naval access and whether the HREmperor is involved in the war.

This mod is compatible with Voltaire's Nightmare, using a simple heuristic to determine if it's enabled and adjusting the distances required.

Not achievement compatible, but shouldn't interfere with any other mods.
