https://www.oetker.de/rezepte/r/muerbeteig-plaetzchen Let your browser translate it. Ignore the branded shit, any vanilla sugar and backing powder will do!

That was my base, I added a small back of "ground almonds" though and a bit more sugar (that comes down to personal taste though, I like it a bit sweeter). I also made them thicker than they did, so they still got a softer core.
