I'm honestly surprised this somewhat worked.


It was really tough translating a 2D image into a 3D model that could still work with the hat kid animations and I definitely could have done better, but it works and that's all I need.


This uses the sprites from Paper Mario Thousand Year Door, turned into a 3D model.
