RUS Я максимально детально постарался описать получение всех достижений в игре. Игру я поделил на 12 уровней, так как между ними имеется загрузка. Не считая финального уровня, так как там имеется та или иная концовка. Осторожно, спойлеры.

RUS Надо просто умереть 1 раз. На любом уровне, от любого монстра.
ENG You just have to die 1 time. At any level, from any monster.

RUS На уровне 4 "Зал". Вам просто надо найти эту куклу. Заходите в дверь, включаете ТВ, выходите (слышите хлопок), заходите, выходите (слышите смех), заходите и смотрите на него.

RUS На 6 уровне начинается разветвление. Выйти из уровня можно тремя разными путями (Включить игрушку, выйти через вентиляцию или уйти через дверь, для которой нужно собрать 4 предмета). Чтобы получить это достижение вам надо "Выйти через вентиляцию". Предварительно взять ключ на 5 уровне, чтобы открыть ящик в столе на 6 уровне и взять оттуда отвёртку для вентиляции.
ENG Forking begins at level 6. You can leave the level in three different ways (Turn on the toy, exit through the ventilation or leave through the door, for which you need to collect 4 items). To get this achievement you need to "Exit through ventilation". First, take the key at level 5 to open the drawer in the table at level 6 and take a screwdriver from there for ventilation.

Чтобы получить это достижение вам надо "Выйти через вентиляцию". Подобрать красный ключ на 8 уровне и с его помощью открыть красную дверь.

RUS На 11 уровне "Клоун (Брызги)", лопните шарик который указан на скриншоте.

RUS На 11 уровне "Клоун (Брызги)", вам надо подставить ведро под ногу страдальцу. Взять ведро можно на этом же уровне, за дверью ведущую к клоуну.

RUS В финальном уровне, с концовкой "Побег". Надо зайти в морозильную камеру и подождать пока умрёте. Важно - после этого вы окажетесь на другом уровне, просто загрузите контрольную точку.
ENG In the final level, with the "Escape" ending. You have to go into the freezer and wait until you die. Important - after that you will find yourself on a different level, just load the checkpoint.

RUS На 4 уровне "Зал", надо взять плюшевого кролика за скрытой дверью. Дойти до конца игры с концовкой "Побег" и просто закончить игру не отдавая плюшевого кролика.
ENG At the 4th level "Hall", you need to take a plush rabbit behind a hidden door. Reach the end of the game with the "Escape ending" and simply end the game without giving up the plush rabbit.

RUS На уровне 4 "Зал", надо взять плюшевого кролика за скрытой дверью. Дойти до конца игры с концовкой "Побег" и отдать его мальчику-призраку. Показан на скриншоте.

RUS Вам надо умереть от всех монстров в игре. Всего их 5. Брат, девочка-монстр, животное лижущее кровь, женщина с ножом, клоун.
ENG You need to die from all the monsters in the game. There are 5 of them. Brother, monster girl, blood licking animal, woman with a knife, clown.

RUS Самая распространённая концовка. Делать ничего особо не надо. Не собирайте предметов. На 6 уровне "Выйдите через вентиляцию" или "Включите игрушку".
ENG The most common ending. You don't have to do anything special. Do not collect items. At 6 level "Exit through the ventilation" or "Turn on the toy".

RUS Отметил ключевые точки, которые влияют на достижение.

1. Взять маску и "кровь" на 1 уровне.
   
2. Взять "ногу" на 5 уровне.
   
3. Взять "руку" на 6 уровне.
   
4. Выйти через дверь на 6 уровне, где нужны эти 4 предмета.
   
5. Взять конфету у незнакомца на улице.

1. На 5 уровне, возьмите ключ рядом с аудиокассетой.
   
2. На 6 уровне, откройте ящик в столе и возьмите оттуда отвёртку. Далее идите в вентиляцию.
   
3. Возьмите красный ключ на 8 уровне и откройте красную дверь. Там справа от правой коробки будет лежать стрелка от часов.
   
4. На уровне 11, за дверью которая ведёт к клоуну есть ведро. Возьмите его и поставьте под ногу страдальцу. Далее отключите воду и идите брать ключ.
   
5. На уровне 12 в школе когда пройдёте через "зелёную вентиляцию" откройте рычагом решётку. Далее открывайте дверь ключом и идите к часам. Установите время на 10:30.
