Aztec is one of my favorite CS maps aesthetically so I knew I was destined to port this one in. features WATERFALLS, a cool cave, temples, and dirty shacks!

@RealAct so far I have Aztec, Zoo, and dust_2 1.6 public. all of the others are coming along and will be released in time for when the update is officially released!
the next ones to drop will be Fire, Studio, Tuscan 2022, and either Ruins or Anubis depending on the amount of adjustments I'll be making to them

this map along with the rest of the ones I've ported so far are currently being added to mod.io for the Pavlov beta branch and are all getting improvements to visibility, performance, bomb spots, SFX, etc. I've been holding off on updates all this time waiting for the engine upgrade!
my plan is to have all of them ready by the time the update is officially released! please do check them out if you download the beta, or look forward to them when the 5.1 upgrade launches!

thanks for the kind words! all of my maps had ambient sounds before Pavlov changed the way gameplay sounds like gunshots and footsteps are affected by the Unreal Engine component I used to section off parts of the map for specific sounds (so you wouldn't hear lightbulbs buzzing inside a house if you were outside of it for example.)
I'm currently trying to work out a different solution to do that sectioning without accidentally making gunshots and footsteps a lot more quiet!

This map is amazing, will you consider to add background sounds? is too silent... at least a simple audio file that loops would be fine!
