1) Download the map and place in the save game folder
2) You will spawn inside the Sylva Core
3) Plug in the cable into the extenders
4) Wait 30-60 seconds until unlocks the core shield
5) Grab the quartz and place into the core
6) Grab the Triptych and place into the core slot
7) ???
8) Profit
