to use these you need some sort of anarchy mod. I highly recommend having the loading screen mod. every one of the building share the same texture 1024x512. I also recommend the TMPE mod and use the realistic parking option.

Basic set of 3 level compact parking garage buildings with decorative plant walls. They do not replace the basic garage buildings, they are a supplement to the originals

these are a little like my parking garage roads, but easier to use. Simply place the roads, and then plop the garage buildings. There is a little video link to give you an idea how these are supposed to be used.

I separated my garages into 3lvl, 6lvl and 8lvl downloads to make things manageable for you. For example, if you only want 6 level garages, you don't have to download the others.

KV415 - All multi-level garages have levitating car issues. But with this set, you can limit them. Just build pieces with cars on them near the roads. Then use the building pieces with the parking spots closer to the center. See the video link up top to get an idea. With a little practice you can make a garage with "almost" no flying cars.

Curious before I download, looking for a garage that doesn't have floating cars xD Does your mod cause the cars to suddenly levitate into their spots??
