With the installation of the Gothic I Crusader package, all 16 AIs will be replaced by characters from Gothic I.
The menu, music and unit sayings have also been adapted. So you can expect a game with a very special atmosphere.

Included are:
-Bandit, guardsman, mercenary, archbaron
-Enlightened, guru, novice, nameless hero
- Archguards, Shadows, Xardas, Templar leaders
-Orc, elite mercenary, General Lee, fire mage

Important:
It is best to make a backup copy or a separate Stronghold Crusader installation before the installation, as the menu, unit sayings, music etc. will also be changed.

Which version:
SHC Gothic I Crusader (crusades) only if you want to play the crusade marches, as there are some castles that have been adapted to the maps.
SHC Gothic I Crusader (AI variant) for normal skirmish, team games, AI fights etc.


Installation:
1. First the latest version of the Unofficial Stronghold Crusader Patch (min. 2.14) has to be downloaded. Download link: https://github.com/Sh0wdown/UnofficialCrusaderPatch/releases/tag/v2.14

2. Download SHC Gothic I Crusader (AI variant or crusades).

3. Copy the contents of the "resources" folder (aiv, aic, troops) into the "resources" folder of the Unofficial Stronghold Crusader patch you just downloaded.

4. Run UnofficialCrusaderPatchGUI, select the file path and adjust the desired settings.
2.1 Select the "Gothic I Crusader" file on the "AIV" tab.
2.2 Select the "Gothic I Crusader" file on the "AIC" tab.
2.3 Select the "Gothic I Crusader" file on the "Start Troops" tab.
2.4 Install

3. Now the files from the folders "bink", "fx", "gfx" and "gm" can be copied into your respective folder in the Stronghold Crusader (Extreme) folder.
The audio files must e.g. in the folder "speech" and "music", which is located in the folder "fx".

4. The file "cr" just needs to be copied into the Stronghold Crusader folder.

5. Crusader can now be started.
