[WDM] Ranger Scout Vehicle

Created out of the need for small and efficient land-based reconnaissance, the Ranger Class Scout Vehicle serves exactly that purpose. With a light frame and a set of jumpjets, the Ranger Class can quickly traverse rough terrain, and a single gatling gun mounted to the side of the vehicle gives it rudimentary combat capabilities. While the Ranger Class itself is rather lacking in carrying capacity, a universal trailer hitch at the rear of the vehicle opens up the possibilities of enhanced cargo capacity among a multitude of other things. Due to it's cheap price and versatility, the Ranger Class is a staple of many colonies within SBF space.
