Changes the concubine limit in 'Consorts and Concubines' doctrine to a maximum of 512
Changes spouse limit in 'Polygamy' doctrine to a maximum of 512 (511 + 1).

This version is made available because spouse sometimes get wrongful penalty. I could have edited that out but it would have made it incompatible with any marriage interaction mod. So this one is more simpler and cleaner.

Having some issues with this and the 1.17.* update, the UI changed slightly I think, as did some behind the scenes mechanics. Trying to fix it on my own by combining changes from this with my own custom settings mod, but the UI keeps tripping me up, as I'm not familiar with its markup yet.
