The thing about radiance is that it is VERY situational on weaver. You need a shitton of farm and need to rush it unless you are farming heroes rather than creeps. I never tend to buy it since weaver excells at killing enemies and escaping and radiance doesn't quite fill the role. Also in the time you rush radiance you have to play passively and you might become a burden unless you get it quickly. About the vanguard...Hmmm. I think it is redundant since you have the damage block from the poor mans sheild and the health and mana regen from the linkens. But it you want more survivability I can see skipping poor mans and build a vanguard. Ultimately its up to you to choose which Items. This guide is just that. A guide. Modifiy it to your needs :)
