If you are on Windows 7 and try to launch the game either from SteamVR Home or from Steam itself, you will notice the game doesn't start.
If you try to start it from the exe, you will have an error saying that you are missing xinput1_4.dll
The error is caused because 1.4 xinput is not available on windows 7 and is natively in Windows 10.


1- Go to your windows/system32 folder
2- Copy the xinput1_3.dll to Medal of Honor folder in "\Mohab\Binaries\Win64" (where the exe is located)
3- Rename it to xinput1_4.dll and it'll work.


This should work for every game using the same engine and having the same folder path.



P.S. No need to say to upgrade to 10, some people are waiting to get new computers, some just don't want to update, some don't have the money for a new rig, mainly with this bad 2020 year.
