The Plan has only one Achievement called "Hey Listen". The Achievement is really simple to unlock. Once you load up The Plan, stay at the main menu! If you see a little Credits Box, just click on that. Now you should turn into a fairy. Once you turn into the fairy, go through the game and you will achieve the "Hey Listen" Achievement.
