The player and the AI will not be able to recruit any agent, also removed the missions regarding agents.
Note that the already recruited agents will still be on the map.

Launched a new campaign and already I am being attacked by invisible agents that I can't even target. Candice from Athenia just wiped out half my army and she's so good thanks to this mod I can't even find her.

Thanks! Any chance you could make a version that only disables for AI? i love having spys/champions for the movement and line of sight army bonuses. If not no worries. Thanks again
