Before you start

You have no health bar. Touching an enemy, falling too far, or taking damage will make you restart at the last checkpoint.
Unlike you, Blob is invulnerable to enemies, water, falling, spikes, etc
All levels are replayable
No save slots, just checkpoints

Achievements (missable)

Show some love - Hug the blob 5 times (Stand next to Blob and press up)
Had a light breakfast - Feed Blob one of each of the jelly beans (use the balloon bean at least once. The others you will have to use to progress)

Achievements (level related)
(For the Savior of Blobolonia achievements, you will need to feed the caged blobs a balloon bean to free them)

Passed the forest - Complete the forest world
Passed the cave - Complete the cave world
Passed Blobolonia - Complete the Blobolonia world
Savior of Blobolonia (Citadel 2) - Rescue all of the captured blobs of level Citadel 2 (4)
Savior of Blobolonia (Citadel 3) - Rescue all of the captured blobs of level Citadel 3 (11)
Savior of Blobolonia (Citadel 5) - Rescue all of the captured blobs of level Citadel 5 (5)
Savior of Blobolonia (Citadel 6) - Rescue all of the captured blobs of level Citadel 6 (13)
Savior of Blobolonia (Citadel 7) - Rescue all of the captured blobs of level Citadel 7 (15)
Lock and load - Story related, use the mecha bean
Finished the game - Beat the final boss (in the 2nd bonus level)

Ended the forest challenges - Complete all the challenges of the forest world (10 + 2 more after finishing game)
Ended the cave challenges - Complete all the challenges of the cave world (10)
Ended the Blobolonia challenges - Complete all the challenges of the Blobolonia world (10)
Ended the citadel challenges - Complete all the challenges of the citadel world (8)

Please note

Each level has 3 treasure chests
Collecting all 3 treasure chests in a level unlocks a challenge mission which unlocks illustrations and concept art. It also decorates your hideout!
The level map will show you which chests you have collected
There are 114 treasure chests in the regular levels
After defeating the boss of world 4, there will be two new challenge levels to complete in world 1 (you access these through the map on the wall. There will be a new island)
The last 6 treasure chests are in the new challenge missions
You cannot lose a treasure chest once it is picked up, even if you die
