Phoenix is a great mid/offlaner. You can support, but tbh, you need some farm to be effective. This bird deals a lot of damage early on and has a good escape mechanism. It's a very squishy bird, however. Keep in mind that the most importat spell you have is Fire Spirits. You hit someone with them and they'll have a lousy attack speed and take some respectful burning damage.
