Trendy Cafe (4x1)

This is a small (4x1) restaurant that should count as a cafe. Many higher-level units require at least one cafe to be present in the building, and the in-game cafe is one of the most boring restaurants in the pack. Please let me know if you find that constructing this resturant does not fulfill the cafe requirements. Visually, you will see two slightly-different different versions of this object in the game. When you built it, the game will randomly choose one or the other (just like the common area, which has three different randomly selected varieties).
