First get a simple server like $4 on nitrado.net, and go to the dashboard of the server on webinterface.nitrado.net

Then go to the "Tools"=>"File Browser"

Then in the main screen go "Subsistenceexperimental" => "UDKGame" => "Config"

Scroll down until you see "UDKEngine.ini" and click to open.

Search in the webbrowser for "QueryPort" or scroll down to line 1149 (roughly)

Change it into "Queryport=27015"

Click "Restart Server" and wait for response "Server restarted"

A minute or so later, you are visible.

Can't make it much shorter or faster than this.

Note:You may need to do this every time after you set anything else.
