The XG-003 Surface Skimmer is a Civilian Vehicle nicknamed 'Desert Raider' produced by the now-defunct Black Desert Shipworks, based on the Planet Pertam. It can carry Two Individuals at an altitude of 5-25 Meters, at 45 m/s. It has no Storage Space other then the Driver and Passenger Seats themselves. Consumers are warned, Accelerating too hard in Multiple Directions can strain the Power Systems.

Completely Vanilla, Uses Maaaxaltans Hoverbike Script for Altitude Holding, Takeoff and Landing Functionalities. Other than that, Functions as a Regular Ship. The Script will drop you back down to default altitude if you go upwards, so when travelling at high speeds be careful to slow down before you allow it to descend. I haven't tested it on any planet other then Pertam at the moment.
