Guide on achieving extra NNN - I will talk about how to deal with Yukari's spell cards and possibly getting consistent at them. As well as potential threats in the stage in general.

Introduction
A majority of the stage and Yukari's non spells are straightforward, so achieving consistency in those shouldn't be too much of a problem. I've added asterisks to the cards that are more prone to mistakes that could kill your run:

Yukari Spell 2*: Revival of Horror
Yukari Non 4*
Yukari Spell 4*: Wired Flies from Another World
Yukari Spell 7*: Prison of Nyarlathotep
Yukari Non 8*
Yukari Spell 8*: The Silver Key to the Gate of Death
Yukari Spell 9*: Domineering Spider Lady
Yukari Spell 10*: Horror Sonata

The full run can be found below, but specific parts of the stage are split off in clips further down the guide.

Edit: It seems like only Yukari's section needs to be done perfectly for the achievement - special thanks to Mechanical Lizard for the clarification in the comments.

Chen Non
Stick to the center and dodge each wave of lines as they come one by one. The only thing you need to watch out for is Chen's position when the non is just about to end, she'll hook back into the center top. Be sure not to be in her path when that happens. The other safe option is to wait until she's back at the top to capture the non.

Chen Spell: Ring of Suffering
Position yourself to direct where the balls of the ring and the targeted lines of bullets would meet, then move out of the way. You could also just focus on dodging just the ring itself with left right movements. It usually works out.

Ran Non
This has the same concept as Chen's non. The only difference is that it's denser so you would need to move around more. Ran will also reposition herself like Chen at the end of this attack.

Ran Spell: Shougen Segai
Stay in the spaces until the yellow ball comes at you. Time your movement with the laser line when you need to move on to the next space. Sometimes the space is wide enough where you have enough room to dodge the ball and stay.

Stage Shooting*
For the first three waves move right. After that move up and dodge the fourth wave left and then move up again for the fifth wave. Dodge that fifth wave right, then the sixth wave left to get back to the bottom. Dodge the next three waves right and move to the center right. At this point, it's moving left from center right, center, and center left, then moving right back from there.

Make sure to practice a lot as little things can mess this up (sometimes not being high enough or not having the right speed)

Yukari Non 1
Two layers of bullets (a majority of her nons are like this). You only need to focus on the faster incoming bullets that fly towards you. There should be enough time to react to the slower ones and dodge all these one by one.

Yukari Spell 1: The Nameless Mist
Stay in the center and time it so you're dodging everything one at a time. The waves that fall down left and right are faster than the incoming bullets so focus on those first.

Yukari Non 2
It's the same strategy as her first non, except the faster incoming bullets are the keys. Focus on dodging those.

Yukari Spell 2*: Revival of Horror
Dodge the purple bullets while making sure you don't get a cluster of blue bullets falling on you. Try to dodge each wave of bullets and then set a path for yourself for the next wave of bullets. I'd advise practicing this card a bunch to get familiar with the movement of the purple lines so you can put more focus on the purple and blue bullets. In my opinion, this is the most difficult card in her kit.

Yukari Non 3
Dodge the lines as they come. The only thing to watch out for it the tail end of the blue bullets because they will slowly approach you as they move down.

Yukari Spell 3: Arber Sephirothrca
Dodge between the horrors, they are actually smaller than they appear to be. Make sure not to be where they intersect.

Yukari Non 4*
You can implore the same strategy as her first two nons (focusing on the faster bullets which are the keys). The only reason I have this with an asterisk is because the pattern of the wave of keys aren't consistent and sometimes you'll get a bunch of keys that are more dense coming at you where you don't expect it. Be careful for those.

Yukari Spell 4*: Wired Flies from Another World
Try to find empty spaces and move inside of them. Then rinse and repeat. Usually a bunch of the "flies" gather at a space where you are so move left/right to avoid that. Practice this card a bit to get used to the movement of the "files" as it can be a bit weird sometimes.

Yukari Non 5
The keys and blue bullets should be slow and wide enough to react to both. Not much to worry about here.

Yukari Spell 5: Mysteries Down the Deep Ocean
The floating eyes aren't as big as they look. The real bullet's hitbox is the eye itself and does not include the surrounding black circle. After dodging the eyes, move to the trail of light it leaves behind and move on to the next eye for the next light. Focus on the circle of bullets that the eyes leave behind and make sure you have space where you aren't in their path while dodging the other bullets separately.

Yukari Non 6
Move left or right to avoid the line of keys and repeat. Time it so that you don't run into the purple bullets.

Yukari Spell 6: Savior of Old Ones
When the purple leading ball spawns near the center top, it'll make its path down center. Go left to avoid all of that and when the purple balls stop spawning near the center top go into the center to get damage in on Yukari. Repeat this process.

Note: this strategy is easier on Reimu since she's able to get good damage off without having to stay at the center.

Yukari Non 7
Just dodge, this non is really straightforward.

Yukari Spell 7*: Prison of Nyarlathotep
Keep center and move up and down based on where the horror bites at you. Make sure to adjust left or right for the red arrowhead bullets. Keep an eye out on the red circular bullets. They could fly at you at various speeds which makes this card tricky sometimes.

Yukari Non 8*
There are multiple ways to do this when there are a cluster of bullets in the wave that makes it difficult to dodge in between:
1) moving to the right to avoid and slowly approach back to the bottom center
2) moving to the left to dodge it

The asterisk is here because in
1) you can make a mistake when you reposition yourself back to the bottom center
2) you can just get hit if you don't move properly to the left

Yukari Spell 8*: The Silver Key to the Gate of Death
I find staying at the edge of the screen gives you some time to track the golden key before you have to split your focus on tracking the key and dodging the butterflies. Try to follow the key if possible or at the least move to the same portion of the screen to make tracking easier.

Hint: the chamber the golden key is in won't glow red as much (I think). You might have to readjust at the end to position yourself to where the golden key is.

Yukari Spell 9*: Domineering Spider Lady
For this card, I ran in circles for each phase. Take a slow/medium pace in the blue bullet phase since Yukari isn't really chasing you that quickly. The worst thing about this card is running into slow moving bullets. Then increase your pace for the pink bullet phase. Always stay ahead so Ran doesn't catch up to you while avoiding bullets/eyes. Make sure your path is clear (cause of incoming bullets ahead). The pace doesn't change that much in the red bullet phase and as long as you're ahead you don't have to worry about Chen/Ran. When all the eyes open, take it slow and dodge the bullets one at a time.

Yukari Spell 10*: Horror Sonata
Make sure you aren't standing on a laser spawn and give yourself space to dodge the incoming bullets and eyes. The eyes aren't as big as they seem so take note of their hitbox. For the first phase staying at the bottom center should be okay since there should be enough gaps to dodge. For the second and last phases, I moved left for more space and because you get a bit more time to react to the incoming bullets. This strategy seems to be viable only on Reimu as other characters would have to move back bottom center or else risk timing out the card.

In one of my runs, I recall breaking a border on one of Yukari's non while doing everything else perfectly and that did not proc the achievement. So I'd like to say yes the nons count. I think everything before Yukari doesn't count but I have no way of confirming, I'm basing this off of what Mechanical Lizard said and also the description of the achievement: "Clear the final boss of extra story without hurts." which only states final boss.

wait so even the non-spells have to be perfect? Because if I recall correctly, the perfect alice fight achievement can be gotten as long as you capture all the spellcards and take no damage. I did the extra stage perfect so im not sure. But honestly it's not the biggest deal since the non-spells arent very hard

nice guide, but for the achievement you only need the boss fight on perfect, not the whole stage :PatchouliKnowledge:

Update: I did it, the adrenaline holy... this is probably one of the hardest achievements i've ever done, perfect extra stage....

I literally failed this achievement when she had a centimetre of health left, I literally cried about it, also btw, cool guide
