Beskrivelse
Award winning office tower on George Street designed by Harry Seidler & Associates, completed in 1988. This includes the tower as a standalone ploppable - the surrounding plaza and dining area is not incorporated.
It is a Unique Building, 9x7. Employs 195 cims of varying education. It is approximately 180m and 44 storeys tall.

In case you're curious, the name is pronounced with the 's' silent - 'grove-nor'.

Positioned with an eastern-western aspect with unobstructed views of Circular Quay, the tower features angled sunshades designed to optimally shield each of the large windows as the sun tracks across the sky.

Features the large solar panels in the roof cavity, but does not feature the additional array of solar panels on the core roof. I intend to use workshop props but try to avoid workshop dependencies so left them out. Deutsche Bank Place is listed as required - the building includes the revolving door prop which I published with that building, which is just a rotating prop for the doors - the actual 'chamber' is built into the model. It is otherwise optional.

After looking into it, tell you what I'll work on it once that mod is out of beta. I want functional lights, but I have no modding experience to make a standalone one like others on the workshop, and from the replacer mod's XML examples, I'm not clear on how I need to split them out, either. I'll wait for a guide. But I am keen.

I would love to make some NSW traffic lights, I had seen CGameworld's tweet a while ago about a traffic light replacer mod, can see it's in beta and still being updated.
I am working on a string of buildings at the moment that I'd like to complete first, but I will keep it in mind.

As you are an AUS asset creator, would it be possible for you to create some AUS styled traffic lights? I am mainly focusing on TAS styled right now but both VIC and NSW variations are ok as well.

I've seen from your videos that you're well familiar with the need to 'abbreviate' cities, from my experience Sydney's wretched sprawl is mostly unSkylinesable, but I can't let go of 1:1, so my ambition is mostly just a nice replica of the CBD haha
