Tyrion Dragon Mount (based on Ylthin's Tyrion and Teclis mount dragons mod)

Hey, I made this mod from the Ylthin's mod mentioned above.

The mod is updated but I didn't change anything, it should still work fine. If there is anything broken just tell me in the comments.

Since it has been outdated for more than two years i decide to update it removing all the Teclis mounts ,because he has the arcane phoenix now, and leaving only a star dragon for Tyrion, I named the dragon and gave her some lore which is totally not lorefriendly.

This mod will be public unless Ylthin asks me to remove it, because it is his mod and i only updated it.

I don't usually play vanilla so if anyone wants to tell me how to balance it feel free to do so.
I nerfed some values but tyrion should be still really strong:
hp: 15000 > 9000
ma: 85 > 80
md: 75 > 65
weapon ap damage: 700 > 550
