This is an animated hotel sign, spelling out the word HOTEL. The diffuse texture is nicely weathered, for that seedy downtown hotel look :) The AnimUV mod is not required for the sign to work. The animation cycles 10 times every minute.

Awesome work. Would've been awesome even only with nighttime illumination, but with animation - that's even better.
