Ahh, there are a couple of issues, but it might work. First of all, we are not really tested in Window 7 but there is a workaround:

A. Perform the following steps:

1) Go to C:\Windows\System32
2) Find xinput1_3.dll
3) Create a copy of it and rename to xinput1_4.dll
4) Run the game
It is necessary that there was a file 3 and a file 4

Next, we really have not tested using AMD chips so it might be a problem and your video card is a little below our specs. However, I suspect its the Windows 7 issue so please try the steps above and let me know if it works.
