French Sonic

Here is my take on Sonic ! Hope you like it.

Character description :

As you can imagine, French Sonic revolves on speed and movement with moves like spin dash and humming top. But what makes him unique from other speed based character though, is his down b, the ring. You can use it to mix up recoveries, gain vertical and horizontal speed, and even combo ! Check the infos below to know everything you need to play him at full potential.

Normals :

-Forward strong :
The more you charge forward strong, the further you'll go. You can even use this move to slip off ledges.

-Dash attack :
Is jump cancelable on hit.

-Down air :
Down air is walljump cancelable if it hasn't been parried.

Specials :

-Neutral special:
Spin dash, both during charge and launch, is jump cancellable on hit. However, cancelling it will not stop your momentum at all ( especially in the air ), so use that to get stupid speed and fly accross the stage if that's your style.
Press dodge during spin dash to go directly into the last window, this way you can avoid self-destructing all the time or just cancel the move if you changed your mind.

-Forward special :
On hit, Humming top is attack cancellable. You can also charge it to go further and hit harder.

-Up special :
If you hit the move you won't go into pratfall.
The move is air dodge cancellable during start up.

-Down special :
By destroying the ring, you will get a horizontal boost on the ground and a vertical boost in the air. Pressing Parry will cancel that boost.
If you hit something with down special hitbox and keep special pressed, you will get an additionnal vertical boost to lead into combos.
Note that the opponnent can also destroy the ring and that it has a 160 frames cooldown.

Taunt :
Press L during taunt to do the second one.
