How to Make Custom Hats without Quackhead

With the 1.5 update, quackhead is now obsolete, but creating hats involves much less work then before.

Changes Made to The Game
The changelog mentioned that custom hats can now be loaded from .PNG files in the game's directory

This means that the process of converting PNG files into .hat files using quackhead[penguinscode.github.io] is now unnecessary (unless you want to publish a hatpack to the workshop)
Creating/Exporting the .png
The process in creating a hat is more or less the same,they just now support metadata. You can find an explanation for metapixels here. All you really need to do is download the updated template[cdn.discordapp.com] from there and you're good to go.

After you've finished creating your hat, head over to the game's directory in \Steam\steamapps\common\Duck Game, create a folder titled Hats, and drop the .png in there.


After that,you should be good to boot up the game use your hat online.
