Note: This mod is still a work-in-progress.

A retexture mod that changes levelset textures to be "heavier" / darker. Basically by applying a combination of filters in GIMP.

Nighttime is a lot darker too.

- first upload although its already version 36
- at this stage its about 65% done; finished textures for acts 1 and 2 and just started on act 3 textures (grunnheim)

@Phan!!! I have definitely been away for too long, and now our dual-baby-wielding mother probably has a double-swing bonk waiting for me! LOL! I should've commented sooner, but since I came back, I was too busy re-living the experience of playing the game like new! I'm so glad to see that this game is still being treasured (rightfully so!).

In terms of the mod, I completely understand about the time constraints. No rush at all, I'm just having fun adding more to your plate of course hahaha. Oh! Also, I must've missed where it was mentioned that you completed Act 4, but after playing the act, it looks like you did end up doing that as well! What's also great is that your file naming convention allows this mod to appear when other mod creators make new maps! So I'm getting these beautiful textures (and lighting) even in TL2-ACE where they've made Act 5 and 6!

Phan!!! This is the best texture mod available! These pictures don't do it justice! The first time I went to Zeryphesh at night, my jaw dropped! People really need to see what its like. One thing I noticed though, is that Act 3 town has some holes (quite literally lol). In the town, near the fishing well, there are maybe 2(?) black squares of doom. Anyways, thanks for putting this beautiful mod together! Any plans/time (lol) for Act 4? (hehehehe)
