Make Yourself Comfortable
Take a seat,obviously. Turn on the AC,have a cup of hot chocolate or something for when you get downed.
Crouch
Sometimes,taking it easy by slowing down your movements is the best way to maintain your calm. Take it easy,just rush when you really needed to~
Suppressed Gunfire
After observing players with suppresors in loud heists and those who doesnt,the people with suppressors shoot more calmly and more accurate. Idk why. You should try it!
Heist BGM
Use something that calms your mind,like Trouble always inbound or even just use your own music by muting the ingame BGM

I suggest you try aiming as a followup as shooting people works best when paired with it.
