GPTV -Light Duty Crane 1.1

*Note IF YOU DO NOT START ENGINE, BATTERY WILL GO DEAD DURING OPERATION
*Note PARKING BRAKE DEFAULTS TO "ON" and is located by LEFT foot in driver seat.

First published iteration of my fictional light duty crane.

Vehicle is roughly $25000 dollars to spawn in career mode and was made to be used in dock and loading scenarios.

Features;
Powerful diesel electric drivetrain.
Light fuel consumption for weight and useability.
Heavy Lifting Capacity for size and cost.

Startup Procedure;
Add Fuel, Fuel inlet is on LH side, Fuel Port button needs to be ON to pump fuel in/out.
Engine On = On
Engine Start = Press to start

Operation;
W/S = Forward/Backward
A/D = Left/Right (Requires W/S as well as normal "tank" function).
1(HOLD)=Boom Up
2(HOLD)=Boom Down
3(Toggle) = Winch Down
4(Toggle) = Winch Up
5(Toggle) = Winch Magnet On/Off
Left/Right Arrows = Base Pivot Left/Right

WARNING*. ENGAGE GROUND ANCHORS FOR HEAVY LIFTING.
Anchor operation is as follows in EXACT ORDER
Anchors Out = On
Anchor Mags = On
Anchors Down = On
