Clearing up a few things to clear up with the speedrun:
- Time stops when you pause (esc).
- Time does not stop when you open the inventory (tab).
- Time is saved at save points/checkpoints. So you can quit the game, reload last save, etc.
- Time spent in the ether is wasted. Dying and reloading last save is preferable because your time will be back to what it was.
- As far as I can tell, time is counted in cutscenes, but not in loading screens.
So saving can be beneficial, because if you mess up a section, you can load a save and replay from there.
Well, I guess I haven't noticed that the audio logs are numbered ingame, so my numbers will probably not match those. Sorry.
I just want to mention that the Audio Logs have numbers and that you could have numbered those with them. Right now I have to stress for hopefully Audio Log 20 (from the guide start in CH.4) not to be the actual 020 Audio Log => In that case it would be bugged since I have it but does not appear in the audio files. If I don't comment after this one that means the audio log numbers dont match, otherwise you will hear from me xD
