This is SO easy, just collect berries from a berry bush outside of the tutorial. some may not understand so im leaving this in this guide.

download it, play it from curated maps, and BOOM you have the achievment (this map will help later)

Finish a certain amount of quests on hawaii or russia
I believe;

Major - 100% of all quests completed

Lieutenant - 50% quests completed

Ensign - First one done
