This mod adds The Plague Doctor (SCP-049) from the collaborative writing project known as the SCP Wiki.

Features:

Sounds taken from SCP: Containment Breach.
SCP-049 can instantly kill those it comes into contact with, and will seek to kill every human in its immediate area before resurrecting every corpse in the area as an instance of SCP-049-2.
Anyone who has died from any method other than pressure can be resurrected by SCP-049.
SCP-049 will attack any corpse it sees in order to resurrect them. Unfortunately, corpses cannot be revived by players controlling 049.

All sounds and 049's appearance are from SCP: Containment Breach by Undertow Games.
The music of SCP-049 was made by Firefox.
The revival trick used by SCP-049 in this mod was initially discovered by Hub. Check out his mod, it’s awesome.
