Intro
This problem of the unsupported card plagued me for months. In a moment of sheer desperation, I managed to fix the problem.
The Steps
Step 1: Right click on MOH Airborne in your steam library and select Properties.

Step 2: Click Launch options under the General Tab, and enter these letters. xadapterd10

Step 3: Click ok, and launch the game. Then hit Control Alt + Delete and open the Task manager.

Step 4: A box will pop up stating "The map specified on the commandline 'xadapterd10' could not be found. Would you like to load the default map instead?" Hit Ok, and click back into MOH.
Concerns
I've recieved a lot of feedback due to this guide, and I'm glad to see that it works for many of you. One recurring concern, however, is the graphics in game. It appears that, for a few of you, guns, npcs, and other textures are blacked out or simply non existent. I'm sorry to report that I don't have a way to fix this issue. It is simply a side effect of running the game on an unsupported card. This problem only occurs for a few of you folks, so if you want to try this solution, note that you won't necessarily develop the same issue.

Instead of using xadapterd10, try dxlevel 91. I don't have any graphical issues. The only problem I have is the inability to change the game resolution.

Salius yeah it has changed now. It's so old that you need to go back and download an older version of PhysX to run the game, rendering this guide kinda useless until you do so :/ I"m sorry about that....

Didn't work, saying I don't have physx which i do...
