In this guide, we are going to cap fallout 4 framerate by simply limiting the refresh rate of our monitor.
Step one: Windows menu
Step two: settings
Step three: system
Step four: Display
Step five: advanced display setting, (at the bottom of content)
Step six: display adapter properties for display 1 (at the bottom of content)
Step seven: Monitor (tab on top)
Step seven : screen refresh rate drop down list.
Step eight: select 60 hz for 60 frames per second limit, be sure to go back and change it to 144 (or whatever your monitor does) when you want to play a different game without the weird physics issue.
