You’ve probably been mass reported by your team either because you were heavily toxic or reported by the enemy team (+yours) for inappropriate behaviour such as abusing the chat or even the voice chat. Avoid racism, useless spam in the chat or playing music on voice. If they tell you to shut up and you tell them to,just mute me“ then you deserved that ban.

Looking around in YouTube videos or any forums, you won’t find ANYTHING. Believe in me. I researched for hours. The solution though is:

+ Play the game and earn XP Points (for me it was a total of 2 LVL)
+ Do Overwatch Cases and earn even more XP (got 2000XP out of some cases)
+ Somehow get your team to unmute you. You can change your ingame name, or ad an (unmute me) to it so your team gets the chat message that you’ve changed your name. There will be games where they won’t unmute you though, simply because they don’t know how to press tab and unmute you.

+ Play on Community Servers (!!!) one of my favorite servers are Retaks server i think like every country in eurpe have at least 1 c umminity with this kind of server (It Help to get better too).
Play a lot, since you don’t need to communicate at all, you can play as long as you can and earn yourself some sort of "trust“.
+ Get commend's if you're team already unmute you ask them to commend you it will Help you and
your trust factor
-The commend's need to be arward in offical Valve servers

Stop being toxic. Stop the music playing on your microphone. Stop the racism in Chat.
Earn trust by getting recommendations. Play Games and earn XP. Don’t get your team or the enemy to report or even mute you.
