Halflings of the Moot

Adds Warhammer style Halflings to RimWorld.

Small humanoids that are fond of food and usually good with a bow.
Their small frames requires their own clothes which are focused towards
a Warhammer Fantasy level of technology.

The Moot is a province of the Empire known for its farmlands and quality
of produce.

Includes:
- Playable Halfling race
- Starter Halfling scenario
- The Moot as a faction
- Halfling apparel

Requires:
JecsTools, and Humanoid Alien Races

It's probably a mod conflict but I wanted to ask if it's normal for the halfing apparel to generate on other non-halfling pawns for quests or visitors/caravans.

Where should this go in the mod order? It seems to be causing "not in a valid format" errors in all my other mods when I add it in.

Vanilla apparel expanded tunic has Leathery material type for Tunics and Halfling Tunics do not. All of the other halfling apparel does leaving my halfling with a cloth shirt. Time to go add it to the mod manually now that I've posted the comment. Thank you for this mod BTW, I needed it for what I wanted.

@ItsMeYaRids I have tried to keep the mod self contained to allow it to integrate with other mods without clashing. I was tempted to add pipeweed, foods, drinks and weapons like the slings, but have kept it clear. If I get more feedback that I should add more into it I'll look at putting in the work. I pay attention to SickBoyWi's discord that he runs for Rimhammer mods.

May I suggest "Vanilla Weapons Expanded - Tribal" to add the sling along with some other weapons that do not clash with the Rimhammer series.

I know most tech's left to the empire, but given that sling-wielding fieldwardens were oft spoken of in FRP, would it be possible for there to be a 'halfling sling' of some description added at some point?

As this mod only adds things you should be okay mid game, but the extra Moot faction will be missing.
