Altes Stadthaus

The Altes Stadthaus ("Old City Hall") in Berlin was designed by Ludwig Hoffmann and constructed between 1902 and 1911. The front facade is topped by a dome and bronze statue with a height of around 80m, while the main floors fill an entire city block creating multiple interior courtyards.

This model is a re-mesh of Colossal Orders "Amsterdam Palace," so if you use Loading Screen Mod (LSM), the main texture set will basically be free for your RAM. I did make a new LOD by hand with newly baked LOD textures as this building is one of the taller buildings near Alexanderplatz that is very important to Berlin's skyline. The scale and footprint of the building matches the Altes Stadthaus 1:1, but the skin/textures look more like the original building than the post-war restoration that we see today.
