Touhou UI Menu Button and Scavenge Sound

Just a few modification of sound effects for menu buttons.
This mod also replace medal earned sounds in survival mode (when earned medal, beat team or another player's record)
*Note: those sounds also used in Scavenge and finale map of Dead Center and The Passing (or any custom maps that include the gascan pouring event) when pickup gascan and filled into a car or generator.

I didn't own anything on this, all contents will be respect to ZUN and Touhou Project.
