I was always a big fan of making custom factions for the AI and hand selecting them. Generally speaking it is very hard to get an AI to be friendly much less all of them. Good luck with that friend.
I wish you a good day sir and I hope you find a guide elsewhere that has what you are looking for. If not I would still be open to answering any questions you might have about the game despite your disrespect towards the time I spent making this guide for a very small community.
Unfortunately...while I'm sure it's extremely effective, this guide makes the game sound so absolutely grindy, unvaried, and boring that I almost uninstalled it...without even firing it up, within minutes of it finishing installation.
But, I'm going to try playing it again anyway, and see if maybe I can make it interesting instead. Which is going to mean ignoring most of this guide.
