Lol gramps was a madman, rj... pure and simple.
Okay okay, it wasn't THAT bad. And it wasn't just him. My whole family was a nightmare in general to be honest. I just tend to joke about past experiences these days... guess if you don't laugh you'll cry :)
Don't worry, I'm not trying to offload my issues onto you - you're busy enough as it is. Plus I have a perfectly good psychiatrist for that
