The W, A, S, and D keys
These four buttons control your horizontal movement; however, only one is necessary to navigate the map.

Only use the (W) key to move; ignore the (A), (S), and (D) keys.

Using (A) and (S) to strafe from side to side makes it difficult for your Friends (players on the other team) to predict where you're going. As a result, you are more likely to dodge if you use these buttons.

The (D) key makes you back up. Its only use is to move you further from your Friends. Don't fall into this trap; the further you are from them, the more likely you are to dodge.
Ctrl and Spacebar
These two buttons control your vertical movement. By default, [Ctrl] allows you to crouch, while [Spacebar] makes you jump.

Use these keys as little as possible. Crouching makes you smaller and more likely to dodge, while jumping decreases the amount of damage you take from explosive projectiles.

If you must jump, do not crouch at the same time. Crouching decreases your size, and as a result, you have less air resistance. This makes you take more knockback from damage sources, which moves you away from your Friends. As I mentioned in the previous section, the greater the distance between you and your Friends, the higher the change of dodging.

Unfortunately, you will inevitably be knocked into the air by explosive projectiles at some point. This is not good; dodging is extremely likely while you are airborne. However, you still can salvage the situation. Do not move your mouse, crouch, or press (A) or (D) while you are in the air - dodging is less likely when you move in a predictable arc.
The Mouse
Proper mouse movement is an essential aspect of not dodging. If used incorrectly, it can make it much more difficult to not dodge.

When traversing the map, keep your mouse still, except to turn corners. Do not look at your surroundings. Do not turn around. Looking around and turning back makes dodging Spy backstabs much more likely - and should you dodge enough backstabs, decreases the number of opportunities to not dodge them again as the Spy learns that you are prone to dodging. If you see a Spy, look away from him; looking straight at him will almost certainly guarantee a dodged backstab.

If you see a Sniper, look straight at him and approach him. Keeping your head from rotating is essential when not dodging Snipers. Do not click on the Sniper as you approach; the damage dealt to him may cause him to flinch and jerk his aim upwards. This makes dodging a much more likely outcome.
Conclusion
By utilizing only the necessary keys, and moving your mouse predictably, you too can minimize the risk of dodging.

Good luck not dodging!
