Before start the farm, the best way to deal more damage to these monsers is by far create a Thunder build because all the monsters are weak (2/3 starts) from that element.

The build I'm going to suggest is the Loyal Thunder:

• Empress Crown β + with (2) Critical Jewel 2
  
• Kirin Jacket α + with Release Jewel 3 | Tenderizer Jewel 2
  
• Empress Vambracess β + with Throttle/Vitality 4 | Vitality Jewel 1
  
• Empress Coil β + with Spread Jewel 3 | Tenderizer Jewel 2
  
• Garugua Greaves β + with Expert Jewel 4 | Tenderizer Jewel 2 | Critical Jewel 2
  
• Awakening Charm II
  
• Temporal Mantle
  
• Health Booster

Customize Bowgun:

• (2) Close Range Up
  
• Recoil Suppressor
  
• Reload Assist
  
• Shield

NOTE: If you have Alatreon or Fatalis gear (which is super broke), go ahead and do with that set/build.

The quest is under the Event Section of MR 3 called: Colorful Carnival. The fight is divided in 3 small fights: Tzi tzi + Kulu Ya ku, Pukei-Pukei and Coral Pukei.

1st Fight:

• Start by focusing the Dps on the Tzi tzi (because the flash is annoying and will take you more time)
  
• Use only the Falling rock trap for these two monsters (try to let the Palico get monster's aggro in the center of the arena.

2nd Fight:

• Place 2 Bombs in from of the monster door and start hge dps on it. (pretty easy)

3d Fight:

• Again stand in the front of the door but this time we will use one trap at the time to have more free dps window on the Coral Pukei.

To achive 100z you have to sell the entire Loot you got. (60kz from loot + 40kz reward for quest completion). Here is the result done in 2 Players. More people faster is the quest will be, but the with the z's reward will be /2.
