Clear Notifications

Adds a button with F hotkey to clear all notifications.
The clear button can be moved to the right and notifications can be disabled completely, if you wish.

Reenable them by pressing an arrow above the mapmodes or through a decision.

Should be compatible with almost all other mods, it only overwrites the notifications panel.
Be careful, as F is also Assault Fort. I still find it a good shortcut.

Yes, you can clear all notification in vanilla by right-clicking the clear button. We know.
This is just more convenient.
