Do you need to go? Open the toilet 10 times

Open and close the toilet lid inside the bathroom 10 times (19 clicks in total)

Lonely? Try to call everyone on your contact list

Open the phone and click on every name on the contact list at least once

Tough guy Pet Dante 50 times

Click on Dante, when he's lying on the bed. (99 clicks effectively)

First Playthrough:

Click on the dishes and then on the sink.

>While you're here, also click on the painting to unlock Photo #1
Go to the bathroom, click on the door and choose: Leave her be.
Go to bed.
Go to the kitchen and click on the milk in the fridge.
Take the cereal from the cupboard.
Click on the table.
Click on the dishes and then on the sink.

>While you're here, also click on the painting to unlock Photo #4
Go to the living room, click on the laptop and then on <code>
Go to the bedroom, click on Alice's bag on the floor
Go to the living room and click on the laptop, click <code>

>While you're here, also click on the painting to unlock Photo #2
Go to the kitchen and click on the oven to make dinner. (Unlocks Photo #3)
Go to the living room and talk to Alice.

Now pick the following Choices:

I'm worried about you.
I'm here for you.

Now pick "Good idea" and then go to the living room
Open the laptop and click on "Search", then pick the following:

1.Not eating
2. Tiredness
3. Vomiting.
Pick Bulimia.

Now follow these choices:

Tell her
We'll figure it out.
Roasted Vegetables.
Do the shopping yourself.
Shop here.

Go to the livingroom and open the door. (Photo #7 unlocks here)
Go to the kitchen and click on the sink to drink water.
Go to the Bathroom and click on the shower curtain, then on the shower head.
Go to the bedroom and get dressed, then exit the blockhouse through the living room's left-sided door to take a walk.
Go to the kicthen and talk to Alice.

Now choose:

I didn't really notice.

Open the phone and call "Joe"

Pick the following choices:

Quality Time.
We could work out together.
Open the phone and check your SMS from "Mom".
Go to the kitchen and feed Dante

>While you're here, also click on Dante itself, to unlock Photo #5

Check the SMS from Alice and choose:

"She must have her reasons"
Exit the blockhouse to meet Mom.
When you come home, Alice will engage in conversation.

Pick the following choices:

1. It's fine now.
2. And you had no reason to be.

CREATE A SAVE FILE HERE

Pick the following choice:

We need to work through this together.

Support system Become Alice's only support system

LOAD SAVE FILE

Pick:

You need help. (Photo #8 unlocks here)

We all need help sometimes Help Alice find a therapist

LOAD SAVEFILE
Pick:

I can't help you.

Second Playthrough

Click on the dishes and then on the sink.
Go to the bathroom, click on the door and choose: Leave her be.
Go to bed.
Go to the kitchen and click on the milk in the fridge.
Take the cereal from the cupboard.
Click on the cupboard and check the trash bin.
Click on the table.
Click on the dishes and then on the sink.
Go to the bedroom, click on the bag on the floor.
Go to the living room, click on the laptop and then on <code>
Go to the kitchen and click on the oven to make dinner.
Go to the living room and talk to Alice.

Now pick the following Choices:

I'm worried about your eatings.
I found lots of wrappings
You don't have to hide things from me.

Now pick "Good idea" and then go to the livingroom
Open the laptop and click on "Search", then pick the following:

1.Not eating
2. Tiredness
3. Vomiting.
Pick Bulimia.

CREATE A SAVE FILE HERE

Go talk to Alice and choose:

Tell her.
We'll Figure it out.
Cancel them.

Open the phone and call "Joe"

Netflix and Chill Cancel dinner with friends

Go to the shop and pick:

No food. Get some wine instead.
Comedy.

Go to the kitchen Open the left cupboard and take the 2 wine glasses.
Also grab the wine bottle from the table.
Then go to the bedroom and click on Alice.

Photographer Unblock all photos in the photos app

THE REST OF THIS PLAYTHROUGH IS NOT RELEVANT - ACHIEVEMENT-WISE - ANYMORE:

Check social media on the phone.

Choose:

She kind of.. Looks the same?

Get dressed by clicking on the bottom drawer of the cubboard inside the bedroom.
Open the phone and check the new messages from Mom.

Choose:

Go alone
We could start working out

Go into the bathroom and click on the brushes in the cup to brush your teeth
Click on the bed, then pick:

I'm just imagining things...

Go to the kitchen and feed Dante
Leave the blockhouse and have dinner with Mom.

Pick the following choices:
And you had no reason to be!
You dont even want to touch me.
We need to work through this together.

Happily ever after

Third Playthrough

LOAD SAVE FILE

Don't tell her.
Roasted vegetables.
Ask her to do the shopping.

Go to the livingroom and open the door.
Go to the kitchen and click on the sink to drink water.

Go to the living room, click on the laptop and then on <code>
Go to the bedroom, click on Alice's bag on the floor

Go to the kitchen and click on the oven to make dinner.
Go to the living room and talk to Alice

Now pick the following choices:

You threw up yesterday, didn't you?
Throwing up is not the answer.
Check what? Really?
Pizza
Ask her to do the shopping.

Go open the door.
Take a shower.
Go play games.
Go to the bedroom and get dressed, then leave for a walk.
Call Joe
Check SMS from Mom.
Go to the bathroom and use toilet.
Now go to the kitchen and feed Dante.
Go meet your mom.
When you come home, Alice will engage in conversation.

Pick the following choices:

Helping with what?
You look fine.
I don't know how to help you.

Not a happy ending Fail at helping Alice get better

There's been no change to the depot content, meaning achievements should still work. Did you perhaps import a completed save file from a different account or complete the game on a different account on the same computer and then switched accounts and that may have caused them not to unlock anymore?

I got Dante achievement by just petting him every time I see him and after 5 or so times I got it. The game is broken though and still doesn't show as perfect game even if you have all achievements.

In the first playthrough, I had to code before being able to call Joe

For everyone not being able to get the 5th picture, you need to click the cat in every scene you see him in, and then at the exact part it says in the guide you should get the picture. You can do it before feeding him~

For all asking how to get the 5th photo(Dante), i followed the "first play through" on the guide until the day of having Joe and Amanda over. i let the text finish and then clicked on Dante while he was lying on the bed. Hope this helps someone!

there may be another way to got Photo#5 :Before open the door to meet friends, go back to the kitchen you can see wife was cooking and click the cat
