Bunny-hop detect script

The bunnyhop message output condition is over 3 bunnyhop and velocity over 350

You can change the conditions with ver1.4 update
Open "ems\simple_bunnyhop_detect\bhop_detect_condition.txt"
adjust the < count,speed > and save
For example, if you enter < 2,200 >
It is output when the condition is 2 bunnyhops and the speed is 200 or more.

Top-speed detection is more accurate than sourcemod's skill-detect plugin
