Raiding Stance for Nanman Factions

Beskrivelse
Nanman factions are now able to raid supplies from enemy territory. It shares similar effects from other factions ability to raid.

Can you add Raid stance and Raze settlement for Ma Teng to make him feel more like a nomadic faction

never made sense to me that raiding doesnt provide income. CA is dumb.

@Acadian nope no income. I copied the other raiding stance and that didn't get income either.

@WinterWolf Oh it's possible but my only desire was to add it for Nanman.

Nice mod. Wonder if this could be implemented to all other factions? I'm sure raiding wasn't just an army strategy used only by 'savages'.

It just felt odd, if they want to portray them as barbarians in this, then give then barbarian things! I wish they had represented them better, and not like cave men.
