Kill 100 Fighters with Landmines in a Single Game

Kill 200 Fighters with Landmines in a Single Game

To get these you will have to manually place landmines under your fighters. According to numerous posts on the discussions page this achievement is quite buggy and even after killing the fighters with mines it might not pop up. This took me 20 minutes and I (thank god) got it on my second try.

One Week Later

Have a Single Game last 7 days.

Stalling Champion

Have a Single Game last 10 Days

The absolutely easiest way to get these two is to start a quick game, select 4 players and after they die instead of pressing enter press space. This will unpause the timer and even though nobody is alive anymore the game still counts the time. This takes about 10 minutes.

"Wild Ride" just hit randomly, i got it after idling game in endless with 50 players and no teams/mines (while doing mines kill achievements, took me severals tries to get the 200 kills)

what even is the trigger for the wild ride achievement? if i knew that i could set it up to increase my chances but nobody seems to understand how it pops up.

okay i just get it. it's just really random. just keep on playing and it'll eventually unlock. it took like 5 hours for me to get it.

That's odd, I just randomly got the Wild Ride achievement by setting teams in the menu and then starting the game. Is that how you're supposed to get it, or was it just some weird fuckup? I don't even have the Troy fighter to begin with.

Ok I was able to get it. If you're struggling with this just unsubscribe from all the events you're subscribed to and let the game run on endless for ~30 mins to an hour maybe and you'll get it eventually.

For some reason, I'm really struggling with the "Wild Ride" achievement. I left the game running on endless mode for about 40 mins with no luck, and yes I did make sure that Troy's character was one of the fighters. Any clue on what could be wrong here?

I got it! What I would recommend is putting a bunch of characters that have custom updates. I'm glad it counts those, so it artificially increases the number.

Thank you! I'm afraid getting it is (like many other achievements in this game) based mostly on luck. What I would advise might be putting Care Packages around the fighters and turning off both landmines and events at the beginning of the game. This will keep your fighters alive for longer, therefore allowing you to get more updates. When you get down to the last few fighters try picking them up and putting them on opposing ends of the map so they don't kill each other. That might keep them alive for longer even though they can still die in other ways that you cannot control. This is also useful if you want to get the Stalling Champion achievement in a non-cheesy way.
