Introduction
Usually I make full achievement guides, but for Drake Hollow this matter was supposedly taken care by Csontzuzo. What I didn't like is that he seems to have started it as some kind of advertisement for some curator group, hence the guide was published at the release date and worst of all it has things like "Not sure if anyone ever will get the all note achievement", "I still not going to get my perfect game on this as I not going to replay a full game for this" and "I have no clue how to unlock this". I mean the name says Achievement GUIDE, so you should 100% the game and help others to do the same, share information on problematic and wierd moments, etc. Not just throw in some random information, that could be useful by all means, but at the same time don't give a phuck about other achievements in the achievements guide.
General information
I believe that anyone can get all notes achievement and my theory got proved by a fellow player in the Steam forums, so I've decided to put the information in the guides section in case anyone else will stumble upon the same issue.

It appears that the game has 40 Notes that count towards the achievement. There are 11 Notes in Spring, 9 Notes in Summer, 11 Notes in Fall and 9 Notes in Winter. As for the moment I'm not 100% sure that all of them MUST spawn in one playthrough, because some of them appear to be bugged. I personally encountered the following bugs:

- Note on the first island was stuck in the floor.

- Note was hanging on the wall, but facing backwards, so I had to break a window and read it from there.

- Map was telling that there is only 1 Note on the island, but I found 2 with different names.

Good thing is, that as many other achievements this one seems to be cumulative, so if you have found (from here and forth by "find" I mean "read") 35/40 Notes in first playthrough, you only need to find remaining 5 Notes to get the achievement. You could try another playthrough or join another player's game and look for only these 5 specific Notes.
Checklist
All 40 Notes that cound towards the achievement have unique names, so in case you are having issues, first of all press TAB (by default), then check LOG => FOUND NOTES section. Here you will see all Notes that you have found in your current playthrough. Keep in mind that if you read the same Note more than once, the log for an unknown and awkward reason will record each time you do it, so be aware of duplicates.

And then use my checklist[docs.google.com] with all Notes available in the game to narrow down which one could be missing and in what season you can find it. The checklist is in google spreadsheet, but it is read only so that anyone who has a link can have access to the default state of the file. To be able to use checkboxes and make your own edits please copy this spreadsheet to your google docs. Or if you just need a quick look, here is a screenshot.

If you double checked the information with the Checklist, all 40 Notes seem to be in order, but the achievement still does not unlock, there is a tip from a MeganVie: try reading the very first Note called Find Someone New again. It appears that while you read it during the tutorial it might not register for the achievement, so reading it again should help.

Conclusion
I didn't end up liking the game much, because it felt like the developers had a great start, but then after some core mechanics were done and first season was ready, their motivation or desire (or both) faded away extremely fast. Perhaps the game will evolve into something else in future, but seeing how it performs I have serious doubts. From the achievements point of view the game will take moderate time to get to 100%, most likely due to extensive grinding for Retirement Drake (why not make it possible to craft 1 better grade crystal from 5 lesser grade crystals?) and rescuing 100 Drakes (thankfully this is consecutive, but still needs quite a lot of saving/loading). Also Rescuing one Drake of every type seems to be completely messed up, I've started collecting data on all Drake types and the bonus they provide on each growing stage, when all of a sudden I got the achievement while removing the very first Drake from ice cube in Winter season right at my base (the one which I already rescued in previous season). Maybe the word "type" means something else, not the buff they provide? Their age? Their color? All my theories did not provide any useful results, perhaps it's just bugged and the trigger has issues in the code. As a side note, I've found 27 different types of Drakes at the moment and it seems there are no more unique ones left.

P.S: Also I got the Automagical Defense achievement (defeat a raid using only defensive Improvements) in the most awkward way. I was fighting the last boss on my second playthrough, it was a second stage when you need to fight him on your own island. He summons some mobs, I shoot and strike his mobs and himself while also using Decoys. Finally I destroy him and get the achievement! I mean boss fight might be treated like Raid in the game code and also I think my Tesla tower hit one of the summoned mobs once or twice. But I still did direct damage to all monsters with my own character, what a mess.
Special hello to Constanzo
Haha, this Constanzo has changed his guide (at October 13 it seems) and included my information on the Note names without any credit. Now citations I mentioned in the Introduction section were removed from Constanzo's guide and he became nice and stuff.

Funny thing is this guy seem to publish the guide(s) at some random website[gamesgds.com] as well. But there the guide has not been changed yet, so you can check the original text and see how lazy the author actually is. And if the guide will be changed at the website as well, here is the screenshot[drive.google.com] of the initial version with full text about not giving a ♥♥♥♥.

UPD: The guy got very upset because I called him a lazy ass in his guide and seemed to block the comments. Sure thing, he spoke to the devs and got all the notes names from them, but for some reason he added this information only 2 days after my guide was published (the "final" version of his guide was of October 8, the same date as can be seen in the screenshot I put from the random website). Also If he is so diligent as he tells, why not get information about the "Collect 'em All" achievement from the devs? Why he still "got no clue"(c), lol? Maybe because noone else wrote a guide about this, so that he can copy paste the info in his guide? Or maybe because Discord showed that he talked with the devs about Notes in May 2020, like almost a half year ago?

UPD2: I'll just leave a cached version of his guide[webcache.googleusercontent.com] here and a screenshot[drive.google.com] just in case, it's is of October 7, not 8 though, but last time I checked his guide it was October 8. There is clearly no "Work in progress" tag as he mentions in his comment[drive.google.com] section and he "still not going to get my perfect game on this as I not going to replay a full game for this". But just after two days of proved information about notes appears in my guide, he suddenly changed his mind, has 100% game completion and all Note names included. How petty people can be, eh.

Да

@MeganVie то есть запись о самой первой записке должна быть в журнале дважды?
MeganVie 28 Oct, 2020 @ 6:59am
Оказывается то, что по сюжету в начале читаешь первую записку, она в счет ачивки не идет. Нужно снова её прочитать.
MeganVie 22 Oct, 2020 @ 5:25am

And "found NEARLY all notes way before youe guide" doesn't really mean anything. If you were smart enough, you would have checked that I received Lore Doctor achievement at October 11 at the time our lazy ass friend, :cozybethesda:Mr. Like, Favourite and Give Award to my Guide, where I don't give a shit about some achievements:cozybethesda: didn't want anything to do with 100% the game, didn't want to replay the game and find a way to unlock missing achievements. He clearly stated that he is not sure ANYONE will EVER get the achievement, so much for the GUIDE. But hey there is another dude who did the dirty work, so let me just put the information here after couple of days. He unlocked the achievement at October 13, just FYI.

Oh, and please doublecheck the meaning of the word "blackmail", I think you might be missing what it means.

@neraka, well at least i'm not blocking comments section and open for discussion. Are you his friend of some sorts? Because you clearly speak in the same manner. These "curators" nowadays... Of course I checked his "guide", if you would read my guide thoroughy (I assume you were not interested in the information presented here, but had the only goal - leave some shit in the comments), you would notice the sentence: "Not just throw in some random information, that :terraria:could be useful by all means:terraria:, but at the same time don't give a ♥♥♥♥♥ about other achievements in the achievements guide". The reason I was looking for extra notes is a discussion on the Steam forums (https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/app/739650/discussions/0/2975149180210255551/) , which I also mentioned in my guide. This discussion is dated October 11. But again, since you obviously didn't give a crap about my guide, you didn't see it.

"Usually I make full achievement guides, but for Drake Hollow this matter was supposedly taken care by Csontzuzo." So you admit you checked his guide " but last time I checked his guide it was October 8." and you admit you checked multiple times. Does that mean that you used it to find notes easier or to finish some achievements? You might have found that extra note during Fall because of his warning too, you still have not credited him, while you want credit for something visible to everyone ingame and the cached version shows very well that he found nearly all notes way before your guide. You are probably the biggest hypocrite of the known universe. The fact that half of your guide is about blackmailing someone and not about the game describes you very well.
