@scrumpyspencer after applying the rig, activate "show hidden controls" by right clicking the animset list. Then look in the "Body" group (not "rig_Body"!)

the problem im having is, once i've added a rig, the jaw bone is no longer there

Dingodile bone fix is now up! Additionally, you'll now have more control over the various body parts when using material overrides
